Requests for Court Records Court records relate to a proceeding or case. Case information and many case records are provided online through the Seattle Municipal Court Portal. Case records not available online may be requested using the Request for Court Records form and emailing it to [email protected] or via fax (206) 684-8115.

Most case records and case details are available through the Court’s electronic case file portal. Non-criminal case records and records from older criminal cases are available from the Court’s Records Unit located on the 3rd floor of the courthouse.
